Jubilee Ministries creates pathways to first-time homeownership through the development of attainable housing in West Michigan. The majority of available housing in our community is priced above what a family making median income for our area can afford. We build this missing middle housing our community needs to flourish.

Midtown Center
Jubilee Ministries owns and manages this historic, 100+ year-old building that has become a key hub for nonprofit agencies as well as a community and corporate events venue.
