Our Leadership Team
Steve Grose
Executive Director
Steve Grose serves as the Executive Director of Jubilee Ministries. In this role, he leads the team that develops attainable housing solutions to support community needs. Additionally, he oversees the stewardship of the historic Midtown Center, ensuring it remains a vibrant and integral part of the local heritage and community life.
Katherine Blocker
Director of Development & Operations
As the Director of Development and Operations, Katherine oversees Jubilee’s day-to-day and long-term operations, including staff, marketing, and development. She also writes grants and facilitates getting the word out about the work we do and communicating with donors and stakeholders how their funds are being utilized in Jubilee’s projects.
Madison Palmatier
Events Manager
As the Events Manager, Madison manages and coordinates all events in the Study Hall and works on marketing the space to increase its use for corporate and nonprofit events.
