Executive Director

Steve Grose serves as the Executive Director of Jubilee Ministries. In this role, he leads the team that develops attainable housing solutions to support community needs. Additionally, he oversees the stewardship of the historic Midtown Center, ensuring it remains a vibrant and integral part of the local heritage and community life.

Katherine Blocker

Director of Development & Operations

As the Director of Development and Operations, Katherine oversees Jubilee’s day-to-day and long-term operations, including staff, marketing, and development. She also writes grants and facilitates getting the word out about the work we do and communicating with donors and stakeholders how their funds are being utilized in Jubilee’s projects.

Nick Keyzer

Midtown Center Director

As the Midtown Center Director, Nic helps orchestrate seamless experiences for our event clients and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Midtown Center. He helps to ensure the smooth functioning of the building, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. In addition, Nic works with all Jubilee homebuyers in navigating the home buying process through Jubilee’s Housing Program.
