Lease Office Space
The Midtown Center building has a total of 28 offices that house various community organizations from around Ottawa County. All offices vary in size and configuration which means we have something for just about everyone.

Rates & Leasing Options
The starting rental rate for standard businesses is $10.00/sq ft while the starting rental rate for a nonprofit business is $8.50/ sq ft. When you become a tenant at the Midtown Center you are responsible for additional monthly charges of electric and communications.
The Midtown Center currently offers either a 1-year lease or a 3-year lease.
Please Note: Each tenant is required by the Midtown Center to provide a copy of liability insurance with the Midtown Center listed as an additional insured.
