Ottawa Townhomes
Jubilee Ministries is partnering again with Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity to construct 11 housing units on Ottawa Avenue. Jubilee is building 6 townhomes and Lakeshore Habitat is building 5. This project has been completed with almost all houses closed and homeowners moved in.

January: Working on initial permits and preparing for infrastructure
Spring 2025: Infrastructure to begin
Summer 2025: Construction starts
Fall 2025: All 6 houses under construction
Winter 2026: Houses wrapping up construction & for sale
Spring 2026: Houses are complete and homeowners are moving in!
