Jubilee Ministries is partnering again with Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity to construct 11 housing units on Ottawa Avenue. Jubilee is building 6 townhomes and Lakeshore Habitat is building 5. This project is set to wrap up in the Spring of 2026.
