Our Leadership Team

Steve Grose

Executive Director

Steve Grose serves as the Executive Director of Jubilee Ministries. In this role, he leads the team that develops attainable housing solutions to support community needs. Additionally, he oversees the stewardship of the historic Midtown Center, ensuring it remains a vibrant and integral part of the local heritage and community life.

Katherine Blocker

Director of Development & Operations

As the Director of Development and Operations, Katherine oversees Jubilee’s day-to-day and long-term operations, including staff, marketing, and development. She also writes grants and facilitates getting the word out about the work we do and communicating with donors and stakeholders how their funds are being utilized in Jubilee’s projects.

Justin Lambers

Finance & Project Manager

As the Finance & Project Manager, Justin oversees Jubilee’s current and future housing projects, managing the construction, planning for future housing designs and working with local contractors. Additionally, he assists with managing the financials of the projects and organization as a whole.

Madison Palmatier

Events & Homebuyer Communications Manager

As the Events Manager & Homebuyer Communications Manager, Madison manages and coordinates all events in the Study Hall and works on marketing the space to increase its use for corporate and nonprofit events.
She also walks alongside all potential homebuyers from first inquiry to closing on their new home.
